Urikiri-Ya is a retail store of Iwama Honsha established in 1902 as a wholesaler specializing in tableware. We constantly stock more than 6,000 new items from many localities, including Akita ware, Mino ware and Kutani ware.
We are also a wholesaler and offer a retail style in which even single items are sold at wholesale prices, and a wide range of customers, from commercial enterprises through to tourists, regularly avail themselves of our services. With their detailed patterns and vibrant use of colors, Japanese ceramics are extremely popular as souvenirs.

The name of the store, Urikiri-Ya, contains the nuance of both “sell-out” to express our low discount prices, and “desire to sell” to express our attitude to our customers.
